  • 3 Cups Oats
  • 1 Cup Shredded Coconut
  • ½ Cup Raisins
  • ½ Cup Cranberries
  • 1 Cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1 Cup Peanut Butter
  • ½ Coconut Oil
  • 1 Cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 Mashed Ripe Bananas
  • 4 Tablespoons flax seed
  • 2 Scoops Protein Powder
  • 3 Teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 2 Teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract


  1. Mash bananas with a fork.
  2. In a large bowl combine oats, shredded coconut, raisins, cranberries, and chocolate chips. Mix well.
  3. Add the peanut butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, bananas, flax seed, protein powder, cinnamon, and vanilla. Combine well.
