I have been on a turkey burger kick lately. I have found that turkey works with any recipe that you use ground beef. But it tastes much better with the ground turkey. On the menu tonight was going to be turkey burgers but it was raining and I didn’t want to cook out on the grill and get soaking wet so I had to think fast on what to do. After going through the pantry and finding nothing in a can or box I decided to search allrecipes.com. I found this recipe and made some changes.
It was the best sloppy joes ever!
